We are not your traditional real estate company. Paul McIntyre and his wife Adele moved to Panorama Mountain Resort from Whistler in 1998 and it was love at first sight. “Although we enjoyed living in Whistler as it grew, we found something compelling about Panorama and the Columbia Valley.”

Paul has spent the last 25 plus years active with the design, construction and sales of recreational property, working on master planned communities and unique real estate offerings from British Columbia to Southern California. “Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of introducing exceptional real estate in some of North America’s most beautiful and unique resort communities, but for many reasons, my heart has always remained with Panorama and the Valley. The place and the people who enjoy it are unique. We built the first house on Greywolf golf course and always believed we could play a role in the continuing growth at Panorama and the Columbia Valley.

The region continues to grow into an internationally renowned destination and we want to help tell the world. We enjoy showcasing the Columbia Valley to the world and more particularly helping the new owners at Panorama take the resort to a new level.”
